Useful forms for Fleet managers

Order long-term rental vehicles

As a fleet manager you can request long-term rental vehicles for your fleet via the following form.

Note: We arrange the delivery date with the driver. Please remember that deliveries can only be made during business hours.

Note: Our vehicles are fitted with winter tyres in the winter months in compliance with German road traffic regulations.

Note:
The lead time for a long-term rental car (28 days or longer) is generally 24-48 hours depending on vehicle category. Rental rates will be invoiced in accordance with the price schedule which is valid at the time of rental and the agreement concluded with us. Vehicle rentals are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Rental of Lean Autovermietung GmbH at the commencement of the rental period and the effective Terms & Conditions of Fuel Card Use.

The use and processing of personal data shall be solely for the purpose of implantation and termination of the tenancy. Find our general note on data protection here

Register vehicles to be returned

Use the following form tp report the return of your LeasePlan vehicles to us at the end of the lease.

Please note: the vehicles must be available for 10 days from the return date specified by you. Our forwarding agent will get in touch with the contact person named by you to coordinate the exact return date.

A copy of your return notification will be sent to the e-mail addresses provided for information purposes.

Vehicle Details

Remember to equip the vehicle with winter tires before the return between October and Easter.
The pickup can only be completed with the vehicle registration document. Please make sure the document is available for pickup.
Please have the inspection (HU) carried out before the date; otherwise, scheduling issues may arise.

Pickup Information

The pickup usually occurs within 10 working days.
If so, please coordinate with your customer support in advance to avoid additional contract costs.
